Who would have guessed that the torture we received from siblings would serve as a defense mechanism later in life?
There's a story on MSN today about a woman who captured a thief by giving him a wedgie and putting him in a headlock. No need for fancy self - defense classes ladies. Just treat the assailant like a sibling that won't stay out of your room.
I think my self-defense method towards my brother was always fingernails, don't know how far that would get me now!

Hooray for working comments! My brother had (okay - still has) long hair, so there was always that. Between the four of us, hair pulling was a common ritual.
